Login & Account
How do I sign in to EM-OS?
Please sign in using your GitHub or Google account following the Start Guide.
I can't log in.
For first-time users, an invitation from an administrator is required. If you haven't received an invitation email, please contact your organization's administrator.
Does it support PWA (Progressive Web App)?
Yes. You can install it as a desktop or mobile app by clicking the "Install" icon in your browser's address bar. It also supports offline viewing.
Organization & OKR
Why isn't my OKR progress updating automatically?
When using Dynamic KRs, you need to click the "Sync" button next to the metric or wait for the daily scheduled job.
Can everyone see the organization's goals?
Yes. To promote transparency, all Objectives and their progress are visible to all users by default.
Are notifications sent when I update my Confidence Score?
If updated during a 1on1 session, the score and a timestamp are automatically logged in the "Shared Notes," sharing the update with your manager.
Technical Management
Who can create an ADR (Architecture Decision Record)?
Team leaders and members can create ADRs. However, final approval (status change to "Accepted") must be performed by a leader or administrator.
Can I change the technical roadmap dates mid-quarter?
Yes. You can intuitively adjust milestones by dragging and dropping them on the Gantt chart. Changes are saved to the database in real-time.
Where can I use Mermaid diagrams?
You can embed Mermaid diagrams in this documentation site and within the app's rich editors (ADRs, Post-mortems, etc.).
Product & Delivery
What is the difference between an "Idea" and a "Task"?
"Ideas" are immature hypotheses or requests before they become projects. Once they are defined and approved, they are promoted to "Projects" and managed as "Tasks."
What happens if resource allocation exceeds 100%?
A warning (highlighted in red) will appear on the resource allocation screen, indicating that a member is over-assigned and prompting an adjustment.
