Skill Matrix / Ladder

Define expected roles and skills in a matrix format.

Skill Categories (Vertical Axis)

The following three categories are defined by default:

  • Technology: Proficiency in coding, architecture, and tools.
  • Delivery: Planning, project management, and quality control.
  • Leadership: Mentoring, influence, and strategic planning.

Skill Grades (Horizontal Axis)

Define requirements for each grade (L1 to L3+).

  • L1: Junior: Can write clean code according to standards.
  • L2: Mid: Can design simple services and DB schemas.
  • L3: Senior: Can design scalable systems and optimize performance.

1on1 Session Management

Foster trust and Discover/Resolve individual issues early through a continuous cycle.

Session Components

  • Agenda Items: Members and managers post topics they want to discuss beforehand.
  • Notes & Records: Record conversation content. Topics related to a specific Skill Category (e.g., Technology) can be linked for use as evidence during evaluations.
  • Next Actions (Homework): Create tasks to be addressed by the next session, with clear deadlines and assignees.

Sentiment Analysis

AI analyzes positive and negative trends from session content. This helps managers detect changes in member conditions early and provide better support.
